A pleasure to catch up with Mike to hear about his career to date and also his thoughts on what has recently unfolded in Afghanistan. As a 17 year old he was too young to deploy when he first joined the military and this week he was featured on Sky News to reflect on his career.

Mike has a vast skill set which has seen him coach Firefighters, Police, First-Responders, Private Security Officers and Anti-Poachers from around the globe.

His tactical techniques improving human performance are second to none and he provides lots of useful advice for the everyday man to improve their wellbeing.
