Do you want to get fit and feel stronger but often struggle to make it to the gym and/or local classes don't suit your timetable and commitments?

Come and join me on my online fitness classes and programmes.

They are easy, convenient and flexible to suit your schedule.

All classes are recorded and sent straight to you, if you happen to miss one or plans change or life throws in a curveball every now and again. Enjoy the flexibility and freedom to catch up in your own time.

The online fitness classes and programmes are suitable for all levels of fitness.

Each movement can be modified to your experience and ability, with the option to ramp it up when you feel able.

CLASSES INCLUDE:

BODY WEIGHT HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Full body 45 minute cardio workout designed to burn fat, improve fitness and tone with quick intense bursts of exercise intermixed with short, sometimes active, recovery/rest periods.

My classes offer a huge variety of exercises to keep your interest.

No two classes are ever the same.

No equipment is required.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

A 30 minute intensive class working on particular muscle groups which aims to strengthen, tone & firm the body. These well-rounded classes build power, endurance, mobility/co-ordination and act to stabilise joints through a wide range of weighted/non-weighted exercises.

These classes require a variety of weights options, (light, medium, heavy), dumbbells & kettlebell where possible. If you do not own any weights, then alternative options such as two evenly weighted food cans/water bottles can also be used. Exercises can also be performed using body weight only.

MOBILITY

Often a favourite for my squad. Through a variety of gentle movements, this class aims to increase the range of body motion, flexibility & strengthen your body whilst releasing tension.

This class is the foundation of all exercise and through consistent practice it can reduce the potential chance of injury.

I guarantee you will leave the class with your body singing, feeling open and ready for anything.


GET AFTER IT GIRLS COMBO SPECIAL

A 45 minute interval class involving a unique mix of strength, HIIT & mobility training! A full body energising workout bringing together a special combination of all of the above principles.
