Come and join us! This surf session is for anyone who has always wanted to try surfing but has never had the chance or for those girls that have been surfing in the past and are keen to try again and improve their skill.

Your guide will expertly lead you through the basics of surfing.

You will learn about positioning, how to paddle out and ride a wave in.

Guaranteed you will leave with a big smile and a bounce in your step.

Friday 9th September 

  • 17:00 – 21:00  

  • Lead by experienced & qualified Ocean Vertical Guides. 

  • All kit included 

  • After the adventure, relax and enjoy a glass of wine or tea/coffee and cake in the courtyard beside the firepit at OV HQ. 

  • £70pp 

  • Max 8 Adventurers (minimum 5) 

  • Minimum time on the water - 2 hours 

  • Evening activities may be rescheduled or refunded due to incremental weather conditions 

  • Toilet and changing facilities available at HQ.  

• Optional pick up/drop off from Dunbar train station which has great links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle.

• Coffee / meet and greet 

• Briefing from instructors and kit distribution 

18:30 - 20:30 

• Surfing (dependant on weather conditions)
