MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION

Do you feel as though this year is passing by in a bit of blur?

Do you you spend a lot of your time on auto-pilot, lost in a busy head space, simply going through the motions but not truly connecting with yourself, your environment and the people that you love?

Does life often feel slightly overwhelming and too much at times?

Do you consistently carry a lot of tension in your body and are tired of feeling anxious?

When was the last time you took a moment to check in on yourself and noticed how you were feeling?

Would you like to gift yourself some much needed 'you' time? Then these sessions are for you!

I offer online Mindfulness and Meditation classes, which are a great opportunity to try out a variety of mindfulness techniques and meditation practices in the comfort of your own home.

What to expect:

 
 

* Learn how to down regulate the nervous system through different breathing techniques.

* Relaxation and quiet time through blissful guided meditation.

* Slow and gentle movements, encouraging the body to stretch and release any stress or tension.

* Simple but effective mindful tools to help you feel truly alive and present.

Sessions generally last 30- 40 minutes, which will include a blend of gentle movement, guided meditations, mindfulness teaching, stories and poems, with time for you to reflect and ask questions at the end.

 

You will need a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a comfortable chair or somewhere you can lie down. Maybe a cosy blanket for warmth during extended meditation practices. It is always lovely to have a candle or incense burning as an extra treat.

These sessions will help to renew your energy, rebalance your mind, rest and refresh you using present moment awareness.

In a world of technology, we have never been more connected and yet so isolated and disconnected from other people.

My sessions will help you to reconnect with yourself and with others in the present moment as you relax, clear your mind and enter into an emotionally calm state.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice.
