As part of your experience you will swim, scramble, climb over all the natural obstacles that the sea has to offer, often inaccessible by coastal paths.
Get your adrenaline pumping as you build up to some deep water jumps all whilst exploring the beautiful rocky edges and coastline of East Lothian.
During your journey you will learn new things as your guide teaches you about the local marine environment.
